How do I know how much my home is worth?

Like almost anything for sale, it’s only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

We use the price of similar previously sold homes (called “comps”) along with active listings in the market (competition) to formulate a good “general” price. From there we look at the finer details of the home in comparison to the sold and active listings to give us a more accurate number.
